Transportation by ship is particularly useful for longer distances and not only improves theCO2 balance. Large quantities of bulk goods can be delivered, shipped and transshipped with proportionally low energy consumption. Our proximity to important transport hubs is a major advantage and enables us to work in a logistically diverse manner.
our LH 80 material handler
With its 11.5 m long industrial boom and a total weight of 95 t, our LH 80 is one of the really big ones and is indispensable for us in goods and port handling. It is equipped with the patented Liebherr energy recovery system, which gives the machine additional power and at the same time saves fuel. The long arm is specially designed for use at transshipment ports and can be used to unload barges even at low water levels. In order not to lose the overview, the driver can look at his working tool from a height of 7.5 m with his fully extended cab and can thus control unloading with pinpoint accuracy.
